Applications

To apply, each applicant over 18 years old must provide the following:

1. Driver's License/Photo ID and Social Security card is required for ALL OCCUPANTS
over 18 years old. A Birth Certificate is required for children under the age of 18.

2. Two (2) Current Pay Stubs and/or a letter from Human Resources stating
your annual income and start date

3. 1040 Tax Return Form Previous Tax Year
